Secure Your H-1B Visa: File with NawLaw Today! You've Got to be in it to Win it!

Dear Clients,

As we gear up for the upcoming H-1B lottery season, we're excited to share some key insights to help you navigate this process effectively and maximize your chances of selection.

H-1B Registration Dates: March 4th (12:00 PM EST) - March 22nd (12:00 PM EST)

  1. Get Prepared: Preparing for your H-1B visa application is crucial for success. To ensure a smooth process, schedule a consultation with NawLaw today. Gather essential documents such as your updated resume, diplomas, and degree certifications. Our team will guide you through the process and help maximize your chances of securing your H-1B visa.

  2. Improved Selection Process: USCIS is implementing a beneficiary-centric selection process aimed at reducing fraud and streamlining the system. These adjustments should make your chances of selection better this year compared to the previous one. Please note the registration process will require a Beneficiary's passport number or travel document number as their identifying information for the H-1B registration process. A Beneficiary cannot file a registration with multiple employers using different passport numbers or travel document numbers in hopes of increasing their chances at selection. The passport number or travel document number must be the same and must be valid and unexpired at the time of registration submission.

  3. Master's Cap Advantage: Qualifying for the Master's Cap can significantly enhance your chances of selection. If you hold an advanced degree from a U.S. institution, you may be eligible for this category, which offers a separate allocation of H-1B visas.

  4. Employer Compliance: It's crucial to ensure that your employer meets all the necessary requirements for the H-1B application. From providing accurate documentation to adhering to regulatory guidelines, employer compliance plays a pivotal role in your application's success.

  5. Premium Processing Clarification: While premium processing expedites the adjudication timeline for H-1B petitions, it does not impact your probability of selection in the lottery. It's important to prioritize meeting the eligibility criteria and submitting a comprehensive application rather than solely relying on premium processing.

As your dedicated immigration partners, we're committed to guiding you through every step of the H-1B process and ensuring that your application stands out amidst the competition.
