The second round of H1-B Applications have now been selected.

USCIS announced today that the second round of random selection from previously submitted petitions have been chosen, reaching the FY 2025 H-1B regular cap. They have now selected the necessary number of registrations for unique beneficiaries. All selected petitioners have been notified via E-mail and can proceed with filing an H-1B cap petition for the beneficiary listed in their selected registration. If you have received an E-mail and have not yet contacted us, please do so ASAP. We are happy to assist with the process.
